CUCMS through the Centre for Graduate Studies, Research and Commercialization is now offering PhdMedSc. courses conducted by research. These programme have been approved by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). It aims to produce more research scientists who will contribute to advancement in the knowledge and practice of medical sciences. |
| Doctoral Programme |
Applicant for the Masters Programme must possess:
- Masters Degree from Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences; or
- Masters Degree or its equivalent from any other University recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences; or
- Bachelor Degree with first class honours from Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences or from any other University recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences; or
- Any other equivalent qualification recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences. Candidates currently pursuing a Masters Programme in Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences and who are recommended by the Post Graduate Committe to change their status to a Doctoral Programme can also be considered, subject to Senate approval.

Masters Programme |
Applicant for the Masters Programme must possess:

- Bachelor Degree with honours or its equivalent from any other University recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences; or
- Bachelor Degree and at least three years continuous working experience at the post-degree level; or any other equivalent qualification recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical College of Medical Sciences..

CUCMS through the School of Graduate Studies is now offering MClinPharm conducted by course work. This programme has been approved by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). This programme is designed specifically for pharmacists wanting to develop clinical expertise. It aims to produce skilled pharmacists who will contribute to advancement in the knowledge and practice of clinical pharmacy. |

Applicant for the Masters Programme must possess:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree with honours (CGPA≥2.7) from Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences; or
- Bachelor of Pharmcy Degree with honours (CGPA≥2.7) or its equivalent from any other University recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences; or
- Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy with honours (CGPA<2.7>2.5) and with at least five years continous working experience from CUCMS or any other equivalent qualification recognized by Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences.
