Upon completion of this two and half year specialised Diploma programme, the Professional Paramedic will be the driving force for Career Ambulance Personnel working in the various Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agencies like the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, The Department of Civil Defence Malaysia, The St. John’s Ambulance Service Malaysia, The Malaysian Fire Rescue Department and other public and private ambulance services. They are expected to be highly demanded human resource for private hospitals, high risk industries, air rescue services and many other EMS related agencies.

The graduate of the Diploma Programme also has the opportunity to pursue an academic pathway by further specialization that has been developed internationally. This Diploma in Paramedic Sciences program prepares a much needed high quality skilled professional for demanding public trends and changing milieu of the 21st Century.
