CUCMS make it compulsory for Foundation and first year students to stay in apartment provide by the university. Cyberia Smarthomes located about 800 meters from CUCMS that provides modern, comfortable, safe and convenient accommodation for the students in townhouse villas and condominium in Cyberjaya. Shared facilities such as covered parking, club house, gymnasium, jogging track, playground, swimming pool, tennis court and 24 hour security are provided to the tenants.
