- Open to Bumiputera only.
- Do not have any discipline or bad financial record with MARA or other financial institution.
- Never received sponsors from any other financial institution for the same level of studies except for critical and professional courses according to the needs and necessity.
- Obtained approval for rescheduling the repayment agreement if engaged with other financial institution for previous programme.
- For part-time student, the must receive approval for study leave/resignation. A written approval is needed from employers for those who are in service (except for local students studying full time).
- Declared normal and healthy by a certified doctor.
