Student Affairs
Background
The Student Affairs department is one of the most important departments in CUCMS. It was specially set up to give services that cater to students' welfare. A variety of approaches have been taken and several changes in the administration and management systems have been carried out to give the best and most competent services to all students. It is partly the work of student affairs to help produce graduates who are well-educated and well-mannered.
Student Affairs Functions
- • To help CUCMS students in matters related to welfare, comfort, security and to coordinate financial assistance and scholarships given to them.
- • To create special funds such as the Student Welfare Fund, Student Emergency Fund and Student Curriculum Fund.
- • To provide accommodation to students needing it.
- • To coordinate student activities and movements within the university and with other educational institutions and external associations, so as to ensure that students fulfill both spiritual and worldly needs, and are exposed to the reality of the working environment.
